Golf coaching and golf fitness, measured

Everything at Movement Golf Lab runs off the same idea: your swing is limited by how your body moves, and both are worth measuring before changing.

01

Swing Coaching

One-on-one coaching indoors, working on the parts of your swing that are actually costing you shots.

  • Coaching built around your own swing, not a template
  • Clear explanation of what we are changing and why
  • You leave with two or three specific drills, not a lecture

Best for: Golfers who want their swing worked on with a plan, not opinions

02

Movement Assessment

A structured look at how your body actually moves: rotation, hips, shoulders, balance. The swing you can make is limited by the body making it.

  • Mobility and stability screen head to toe
  • We map each restriction to what it does to your swing
  • Written plan of corrective work you can do at home

Best for: Golfers who keep hitting the same fault no matter how they practice

03

Golf Fitness Training

Strength, mobility and speed work built around golf, programmed from your assessment and progressed session by session.

  • Rotational power and speed work
  • Mobility and control for a repeatable turn
  • Programming that fits around your playing schedule

Best for: Players chasing more distance and fewer aches after a round

What a session looks like

No mystery, no guesswork

01

We look before we coach

Your first visit covers how you move and what your swing is doing. That is the baseline everything else works from.

02

You know what we are changing

Every change is explained during the session, so you understand what you are working on and why.

03

You leave with something to work on

Two or three drills or exercises, written down, sized to the time you actually have.

Questions

Common questions

Do I need to be an experienced golfer to train here?
No. Sessions are built around where you are right now, whether you are picking up a club for the first time or shooting in the 70s and looking for speed.
Do I need to bring my own clubs?
Bring them if you have them, since we want to see what you actually play with. If you do not have a set yet, call ahead and we will sort it out before your session.
What is the difference between the swing work and the fitness work?
Swing work focuses on your technique. Fitness work builds the mobility, stability and speed your swing needs. Most golfers see the fastest progress doing both.
How long is a session?
Session lengths and packages are confirmed when you book. Call the studio and we will match a format to your goals and schedule.
Where exactly are you located?
25510 Avenue Stanford, Unit #104, Santa Clarita, CA 91355.
How do I book my first session?
Head to the booking page or call (661) 231-8855. First-time golfers are pointed toward an assessment so your coaching starts from real information.
